退货政策

Apple Store 零售店相关退货政策如下：购买政策是阁下的法定权利或作为合同权利之外的补充内容，且在不影响您的法定权利或合同权利的情况下适用。

如果您对购买的产品不满意，请于购买之日起十四（14）天内将产品、原始收据以及原包装一并退回。如果产品退回时置于原包装箱内且尚未开箱，我们将对其进行调换，或按最初的付款方式，为您退款。对现金或其他同等的支付方式，超过 1700 元人民币的交易，苹果将于十个工作日内以电子转帐的方式将退款汇入阁下的个人银行帐户。

请注意以下事项：
  • 已打开包装的软件、内存和其他介质可在同类产品中进行调换，但无法根据本政策退款。
  • 按需定制的产品，（包括个性化 iPod）无法退换。
  • 由苹果 “按原样”销售的非苹果公司产品。相关保证条款信息，请咨询相关制造商。
  • 您可自购买之日起 30 天内取消 AppleCare 维护计划，并获得全额退款（不含您已使用了该项服务和支持的情况）。
    您亦可于此后随时取消 AppleCare 维护计划，但仅能按未到期的服务天数获得相应比例的退款。
  • 产品仅限于最初的购买国家、地区进行退货。

请注意，作为特例，如果您不接受苹果软件许可条款，且您未保留该软件的任何备份，包括未在电脑或其他设备中存储该软件的备份，您可以在 14 天退货期内退回该软件。但是，如果软件中包含许可条款，您可在拆开软件包装的封条或标签前阅读该许可条款，一旦拆开软件包装的封条或标签，该软件将无法退回。

定价
如果自您购买任何苹果品牌产品之日起的 14 个日历日内，苹果降低了您所购产品的价格，则您可以要求退还所支付价格与当前销售价格之间的差价。 您需提供原始购买收据，并且必须在降价之日起的 14 个日历日内提出退款请求。

仅销售给最终用户
Apple Store 零售店仅面向最终顾客销售和运送产品。您不得购买产品进行转售。若苹果质疑您为转售目的而购买产品，则苹果保留拒绝或取消您的订购之权利。

企业所有权
Apple Store 零售店归苹果电子产品商贸（北京）有限公司所有。



Apple Store Purchase Policies China

Returns

The below Apple Store Purchase Policy for Returns applies in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory or contractual rights.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it with the original receipt and original packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase. If the item is returned unopened, in the original box, we will exchange it or offer a refund based only on the original payment method. Apple will wire a transfer to your bank account within ten (10) business days for cash, cash equivalent transactions over 1700 RMB.

Please note the following:
  • Opened software, memory, and other media can be exchanged for the same item, but cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Custom-configured products, including personalised iPods cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Non-Apple products are sold by Apple “as is.” Consult the manufacturer for warranty terms and conditions.
  • You can cancel the AppleCare Protection Plan within 30 days of purchase and obtain a full refund (unless you have made use of the services and support). AppleCare Protection Plan can also be cancelled at any time after the 30 day cancellation period, but you will only receive a pro rata refund for the unexpired period.
  • Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.

Note that, as an exception, you may return Apple branded software within the 14-day return period, if you do not agree to the licensing terms, provided you do not retain any copies, including copies stored on a computer or other device. However, if your software includes a license that you can read before you break the seal or sticker on the software media packaging, you may not return the software once you break the software media packaging seal or sticker.

Pricing
Should Apple reduce its price on any Apple-branded product within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase, you may request a refund of the difference between the price paid and the current selling price. An original purchase receipt is required, and you must request your refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the price reduction.

Sales to End Users Only
The Apple Store sells and ships is products to end user customers only. You may not purchase for resale. Apple reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if Apple suspects you are purchasing for resale.

The retail Apple Store is part of Apple Electronics Products Commerce (Beijing) Company Limited.
