退货

以下 Apple Store 零售店有关退货的购买政策是您的法定权利或合同权利之外的补充，且在不影响您的法定权利或合同权利的情况下适用。

如果您对购买的产品不满意，请在购买之日起，十四 (14) 个日历日内将产品与原始收据及原始产品包装一并退回。如果产品退回时置于原始包装箱盒中，并且尚未开箱，我们将对其进行调换或仅根据您的原始付款方式为您退款。对于以现金或其他等同于现金的支付方式支付的超过 1700 元人民币的交易， Apple 将在十 (10) 个工作日内向您的银行帐户进行电子转账。

请注意以下事项：
  • 已打开包装的软件、内存和其他介质可在同类产品中进行调换，但不能退款。
  • 定制配置的产品，(包括个性化 iPod) 不能退货或调换。
  • 非 Apple 产品由 Apple “按原样” 销售。有关保修条款与条件的信息，请咨询制造商。
  • 您可以自购买之日起 30 天内取消 AppleCare 保护计划并获得全额退款 (除非您已使用了该项服务和支持的情况)。您也可以在 30 天的取消期之后随时取消 AppleCare 保护计划，但是您仅能就针对未到期的天数服务获得按一定比例的退款。
  • 产品只能在原始购买国家/地区进行退货。

请注意，作为特例，如果就苹果软件，如您不接受许可条款，且您未保留该软件的任何备份，包括未在电脑中或其他设备中存储该软件的备份，您可以在 14 天的退货期内退回该软件。但是，如果软件包含许可条款且您可以在揭下软件介质包装箱上的封条或贴纸之前阅读软件中包含的许可条款，则一旦您若已将软件介质包装箱上的封条或贴纸揭下，您将不能退回软件。

年末销售高峰期节日退货政策
2009 年 12 月 31 日至 2010 年 2 月 12 日期间在 Apple Store 零售店购买的产品，可以凭原始收据或礼品收据在 2010 年 2 月 26 日(含)之前退货。如果产品退回时置于原始包装盒箱内，并且尚未开箱，我们将为您进行更换或提供一张 Apple 购物卡。与礼品包装一起购买的产品也可以进行换货，但礼品包装的费用需要从中扣除。所有其他标准购买政策同样适用且您的法定权利不受影响。

定价
如果自您购买任何 Apple 品牌产品之日起的十四 (14) 个日历日内，Apple 降低您所购产品的价格，则您可以要求退还所支付价格与当前销售价格之间的差价。您需提供原始购买收据，并且必须在降价之日起的十四 (14) 个日历日内要求退款。

出口通知
Apple 产品遵守中国和外国的出口控制法律与法规，必须按照此类出口法律与法规的规定购买、销售、出口、转出口、运输或使用产品。

购物卡
Apple 购物卡只适用于在中国大陆的 Apple Store 零售店直接购买符合条件的产品。Apple 购物卡不得在中国大陆之外的 Apple Store 零售店，iTunes Store、或 Apple 经销商处进行变现。Apple 购物卡不能兑换现金且不能用于购买其它的 Apple 购物卡或用作任何客户的付款。

Apple 公司对购物卡的遗失或被盗概不负责。

要查询卡中的余额，请至 Apple Store 零售店。

Apple 购物卡不得转售。在法律禁止或限制的地区无效。本 Apple 购物卡的使用受中华人民共和国法律的约束。 Apple 保留在不预先通知的情况下更改本 “条款和条件” 的权利。

礼品收据退货政策
从购买之日起十四 (14) 个日历日之内，可凭原始礼品收据退回在 Apple Store 零售店中购买的礼品产品。如果产品是原封退回，未开箱且包装完好，我们将予以更换或提供一张与产品购买价格（包括税款和任何其他费用）等值的 Apple 购物卡。上述所有其他标准购买政策同样适用。

仅销售给最终用户
Apple Store 零售店仅面向最终顾客销售和运送产品。您不得购买产品进行转售。 若 Apple 怀疑您为转售目的而购买产品苹果有权拒绝或取消您的订购之权利。

iPhone 销售政策
iPhone 的购买和使用都必须遵守 http://www.apple.com/legal/sla/ 上所列的条款和条件。此外，只要进行购买，即表示您已明确同意以下条款和条件：
  • Apple Store 零售店只向最终用户顾客出售 iPhone。不得购买 iPhone 进行转售。
  • Apple 保留自行决定拒绝或取消任何订单以及限制订单数量的权利。在接受或处理任何订单前，Apple 可能会要求您提供更多资格信息。
  • 不得购买 iPhone 以出口（无论是以直接还是间接方式）到中国之外的其他国家/地区。
  • 在未经授权的情况下对 iPhone 上的软件进行修改属于违反 iPhone 软件许可协议的行为，由于未经授权对软件进行修改而导致 iPhone 无法使用的情况不在保修范围内。

Apple Store Purchase Policies

Returns

The below Apple Store Purchase Policy for Returns applies in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory or contractual rights.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it with the original receipt and original packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase. If the item is returned unopened, in the original box, we will exchange it or offer a refund based only on the original payment method. Apple will wire a transfer to your bank account within ten (10) business days for cash,cash equivalent transactions over 1700RMB.

Please note the following:
  • Opened software, memory, and other media can be exchanged for the same item, but cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Custom-configured products,including personalised iPods cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Non-Apple products are sold by Apple “as is.” Consult the manufacturer for warranty terms and conditions.
  • You can cancel the AppleCare Protection Plan within 30 days of purchase and obtain a full refund (unless you have made use of the services and support). AppleCare Protection Plan can also be cancelled at any time after the 30 day cancellation period, but you will only receive a pro rata refund for the unexpired period.
  • Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.

Note that, as an exception, you may return Apple branded software within the 14-day return period, if you do not agree to the licensing terms, provided you do not retain any copies,including copies stored on a computer or other device. However, if your software includes a license that you can read before you break the seal or sticker on the software media packaging, you may not return the software once you break the software media packaging seal or sticker.

Holiday Return Policy
Items purchased at an Apple Retail Store between December 31, 2009 and February 12, 2010, can be returned with an original receipt or Gift Receipt through February 26, 2010. If the item is returned in the original box, unopened, with the original packaging, we will exchange it or offer you an Apple Shopping Card. Items purchased with the Gift Wrap can also be exchanged, less the cost of gift wrapping. All other standard purchase policies apply and your statutory rights are not affected.

Pricing
Should Apple reduce its price on any Apple-branded product within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase, you may request a refund of the difference between the price paid and the current selling price. An original purchase receipt is required, and you must request your refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the price reduction.

Export Notice
Apple products are subject to China and foreign export control laws and regulations and must be purchased, sold, exported, reexported, transferred, or used in compliance with such export laws and regulations.

Shopping Cards
Apple Shopping Cards can be applied only to qualified purchases directly from Apple at an Apple Retail Store in China. Apple Shopping Cards may not be redeemed at Apple resellers, iTunes Store or Apple Retail Store locations outside China. Apple Shopping Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase additional Apple Shopping Cards or applied as payment to any account.

Apple is not responsible for lost or stolen shopping cards.

For your cards balance please check with your local Apple Retail Store.

Not for resale. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The use of this shopping card is governed by the laws of China. Apple reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions without notice.

Gift Receipt Return Policy
Gift items purchased at a retail Apple Store can be returned with an original Gift Receipt within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase. If the item is returned in the original box, unopened, with the original packaging, we will exchange it or offer you an Apple Shopping Card equal to the purchase price of the gift, including tax and any other fees. All other standard purchase policies outlined above apply.

Sales to End Users Only
The Apple Store sells and ships products to end user customers only. You may not purchase for resale. Apple reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if Apple suspects you are purchasing for resale.

iPhone Sales Policies
The purchase and use of an iPhone is subject to terms and conditions found at: http://www.apple.com/legal/sla/. In addition, by making this purchase, you expressly acknowledge that:
  • The Apple Retail Store sells iPhone for end-user customers only. iPhone may not be purchased for resale.
  • Apple reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order and to limit order quantity. Apple may require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order.
  • iPhone may not be purchased for export outside of China, either directly or indirectly.
  • Making unauthorized modifications to the software on an iPhone violates the iPhone software license agreement, and the inability to use iPhone due to unauthorized software modifications is not covered under warranty.
